According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" you can within 14 days from the date of purchase, return the goods purchased in the online store, subject to all the provisions of the Law.

Terms of exchange / return of goods of good quality

The consumer has the right to exchange non-food goods of appropriate quality for a similar one from the seller from whom he was purchased, if the goods did not satisfy him in shape, dimensions, style, color, size or for other reasons cannot be used for their intended purpose. The consumer has the right to exchange goods of good quality within fourteen days, not counting the day of purchase.

An exchange of good quality goods is carried out:

  • if it has not been used;
  • if its presentation is preserved;
  • consumer properties, seals, labels;
  • settlement document issued to the consumer along with the goods sold.


Presentation: A new product is sold with factory protective films, this is one of the factors determining the presentation. The buyer must remember that damage to these packaging elements is not recommended! There should also be no scuffs or scratches on the product.

If traces of use are found, the store may exercise the right to refuse the customer as a violation of this paragraph.

If upon return you lost some document, informational data, or broke a seal on a product, the situation will be similar.

Settlement documents must be provided in the original for a refund.

Accessories are only returned unpacked. If there are signs of opening the accessory packaging and attempts at secondary packaging (especially PE packaging or blisters) - the goods cannot be returned.

Conditions of exchange / return of goods of inadequate quality

If, during the established warranty period, shortcomings are discovered, the consumer, in the manner and within the time periods established by law, has the right to demand:

  • proportional price reduction;
  • gratuitous elimination of product defects within a reasonable time;
  • reimbursement of expenses for the elimination of defects in the goods.

The consumer’s requirements provided for in this article shall not be satisfied if the seller, manufacturer (an enterprise that satisfies the consumer’s requirements established by the first part of this article) proves that the defects of the goods arose as a result of the consumer’s violation of the rules for using the goods or storing them. The consumer has the right to participate in the verification of the quality of the goods in person or through his representative.
